Part of our team spent the day in “Building Pathology” training… under a beautiful sun!

In our profession, it is essential for an agent to recognise the signs that can affect a property’s sale: structural elements, traces of damp, exterior defects, or any clue that calls for a professional eye.

The goal:

• to support our sellers as fully as possible;
• to avoid “at-risk” listings;
• to anticipate objections and secure every transaction.
