On Friday 26 June, we were delighted to host our summer aperitif at our neighbours La Cour des Thés, in Antibes.
A truly lovely evening in a spirit of conviviality, with live musical entertainment by Thomas, a member of our team, before the broadcast of the France – Norway match.
This fixture carried a particular stake: although both teams had already qualified for the next round, the result decided first place in the group. Les Bleus ultimately prevailed 4–1, finishing top.
Since then, both national sides have continued their fine run. On Tuesday evening France confirmed its good form with a 3–0 win over Sweden – more Nordics! – and qualified for the round of 16, where it will meet Paraguay. For their part, the Norwegian Vikings also press on after their victory against Ivory Coast and will now face Brazil.
A warm thank-you to everyone who joined us for their presence and good spirits. A wonderful atmosphere throughout the evening, rich in conversation and new acquaintances.
